Metodika is a growing Medtech company whose software is the central system that runs private clinics and hospitals in nine countries, mainly in the Nordic region. They are continuously developing new features for thier customers, driven by their need to stay at the forefront of an increasingly technology-oriented healthcare sector. We are looking for a Requirements Analyst with a strong process focus and the analytical ability to understand and map our customers' business processes before we design technical solutions. You will work closely with their customers and internal teams to ensure that our system solutions support and optimize workflows.
Duties:
Analyse and understand business processes in the healthcare sector
Document and visualise workflows
Act as a bridge between customer needs and technical development
Create clear requirement specifications
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and operations teams to implement solutions
Participate in client dialogues and help identify areas for improvement
Write clear acceptance criteria and oversee user acceptance testing to verify that the final software aligns with the initial business goals
To thrive in the role, we believe you:
Have previous experience as a Business Analyst/Requirements Analyst or in a similar role
Are used to analysing and improving business processes without directly implementing technical systems
Have experience from the healthcare sector
Have a university degree
Have an understanding of software development
Have strong analytical skills and are confident challenging customers' preconceived solutions
Have experience working with requirements management and process mapping
Understand the importance of combining system support with process changes to create effective solutions
Are fluent in Swedish and English. German is a plus.
