The company is a deep-tech organisation operating at the frontier of quantum-driven computing and large-scale optimisation, delivering production-grade solutions through a scalable quantum-as-a-service platform.
They are now expanding their quantum solutions team and are looking for a Quantum Solutions Engineer to translate complex real-world problems into quantum-native formulations and deliver validated, production-ready solutions across multiple industries.
This is a highly technical, algorithm-focused role combining quantum computing, optimisation, and applied research with real-world deployment.
In this role, you will:
Formulate client problems as QUBO, BQM, and CQM models using pyqubo and dimod
Design and validate quantum annealing pipelines on the Dynex network via DynexSampler
Implement Quantum Machine Learning models: QRBM, QNN variants, and hybrid architectures
Build and test dynex_circuit gate-to-annealing bridges for hybrid quantum workflows
Perform accuracy benchmarking and statistical validation of quantum outputs
Author technical methodology reports, academic contributions, and PoC documentation
Support patent preparation and IP documentation for novel quantum algorithms
Engage across multiple concurrent industry verticals with consistent delivery quality

The work spans multiple real-world domains including:
Financial optimisation and risk modelling
Healthcare and medical data applications
Supply chain and logistics optimisation
Climate, environmental, and infrastructure modelling
Data-intensive industrial systems
They are looking for someone who:
Has strong experience in algorithm design, optimisation, or applied quantum / ML research
Enjoys translating abstract problems into mathematical formulations
Is comfortable working independently in complex environments
Has strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
Communicates technical concepts clearly in writing
Ideally has a background in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
Work on frontier quantum computing applications in production environments
